Job Description:
Uphold global standards in Customer Service. Provide a trouble-free and fun interaction with customers of defined client projects Perform assigned customer service, telemarketing, and back office tasks Impart a positive customer service experience with the aim to promote long-term partnership between the company, client, and shareholders Minimum Qualifications:
K12 graduates or Bachelor/College degree on any course (with or without experience) Also open to candidates with High School/Vocational diploma (must have at least 8 months TSR or 12 months CSR experience) Must be 18 years old and above Proficient in the English language (both spoken and written) Open to a flexible working schedule
