Receive and respond to customer service inquiries. Updates customer records in the system. Establish rapport with clients. Resolves service problems. Minimum Qualifications:
College Graduate. Fresh grads are encouraged to apply. Willing to travel. Familiarity with Transport and Logistics processes. Strong analytical and planning skills; Excellent communication; Good presentation skills; and Excellent problem-solving skills; Willing to relocate in Clark and other major regions in the Philippines.
