Key Responsibilities
Handle customer inquiries and provide accurate information in a professional manner
Assist customers with service-related concerns and requests
Resolve issues efficiently while maintaining a positive customer experience
Document customer interactions accurately in the system
Coordinate with internal teams when necessary to address customer concerns
