Customer Service Representative - Collections/Account Receivable

Key Responsibilities:
• Manage and oversee collections and accounts receivable processes.

• Maintain accurate records of all collections activities.
• Prepare and send invoices, statements, and follow-up communications.
• Collaborate with the finance team to reconcile accounts and ensure accuracy.
Qualifications:
• Minimum of 2 years experience in Collections/Accounts Receivable.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
