Accenture in the Philippines is currently looking for **Customer Service Representatives** who will be responsible in performing the following day-to-day tasks:

- You will process billing request.
- You will be asks to facilitate upgrades and conduct basic troubleshooting.
- You will provide solutions to account information inquiry.
- You will provide excellent customer experience.
- Achieve challenging individual, team, and contact center targets

**What are we looking?
**
- Open to college graduates with at least 6 months of work experience in inbound customer service support
- Open to college undergraduates and associate degree graduates with at least 1 year of work experience in inbound customer service support
- Amenable to work in San Nicolas, Ilocos Norte
- Willing to work on-site
