- Appropriately and adequately communicate with customers
- Manage large amounts of incoming phone calls
- Identify and assess customers' needs to achieve satisfaction
- Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication
- Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution
- Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
- Good to excellent communication skill
- At least 6 months of BPO Experience
- At least high-school graduate (old curriculum) or at least senior high graduate (K-12 curriculum)
**Salary**: Php26,000.00 - Php30,000.00 per month
