**DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Responsible for providing presales technical/functional support to prospective students
- Liaise with both internal teams, marketing staff, and other managers to increase sales opportunities and thereby maximize revenue as well as market presence.
- Contact and assist Australian clients
- Collate, store and manage all clients' private and confidential documents for processing
- Manage the daily critical tasks in administration to allow a strong focus on Customer Service
- Handle customer complaints
**QUALIFICATIONS**
- Tertiary graduate of any course; with previous **Customer Service experience of at least 1-2 years is highly desired, **although starters with excellent communication skills are still encouraged to apply
- Can confidently speak in the English language
- Ability to multi-task including typing and taking notes whilst on the phone with the client
- Must be willing to learn and adapt to changes
- Willing to report to the office using public transportation.
Work from home set up is available during lockdowns announced by the government.
