We are looking for a smart, kind, and driven individual to join our team of dedicated Customer Service Representatives.
The Customer Service Representative serves customers by determining requests, answering questions, resolving problems, and fulfilling requests.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

**Qualifications and Requirements**:

- Help customers with their questions and concerns by providing excellent customer service.
- Meet/Exceed client provided KPI's to ensure optimum performance.
- Cancel or upgrade accounts.
- Assist with placement of orders, refunds, or exchanges.
- Show consistency in attendance and punctuality.
- A pro-active approach to support customers and answer their queries.
**Salary**: Php18,000.00 - Php20,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
