Customer Service Representative

Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree, Post Graduate Diploma/Master's Degree in any field.
Required language(s): fluent in English
At least 2 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Preferably 1-4 Yrs Experienced Employee specialized in Customer Service or equivalent.
Strong Interpersonal and communication skills.
Excellent oral and written communication in English

Confidence in taking calls and speaking with American customers.
Literate and fluent in English.
Ability to coordinate multiple tasks.
Must have the ability to handle high levels of stress that often accompany working with the public.
