Customer Service Representative

Take phone calls, chats, and emails with requests for support;
Offer services tailored-fit to customers
Account Maintenance
Solve customer concerns using the project specific database
Actively participates in process improvement and efficiency of the procedures related to the project;

Good communication Skills (EN B2 spoken and written)
At least 6 mos. Contact Center experience a plus — back office support, inbound/outbound voice or non-voice account, chat support, email support
Must be willing to primarily cater phone calls, aside from chat and ticket channels
Must have good understanding and working practice of Customer Service- Helpdesk Support;
Must have good wired internet connection OR have stable wireless internet connection in their area (company dongles can be provided)
