Customer Service Representative

• Provide excellent customer service• Respond promptly to customer inquiries• Handle and resolve customer complaints• Obtain and evaluate all relevant information to handle product and service inquiries• Perform customer verification• Direct requests and unresolved issues to designated resource• Record details of inquiries, comments, complaints and actions taken• Follow up on customer interactions• Provide feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process - Candidate must be 18 years old- At least high school graduate- No BPO experience required- Average communication skills- Excellent customer service skills- Basic computer knowledge and navigation skills- Can multitask and work with diverse people- Upbeat and highly motivated- Can start ASAP
