Minimum Qualification
* Graduates of Information Technology, Computer Science, or any related course
* Familiar with Linux, Arduino, Raspberry Pi
* Must have previous experience with CSR, TSR experience is preferable
* Excellent communication skills
* Amenable to work for Night Shift
* Must have a Laptop/PC with Internet (At least 5 Mbps)
Job Description
* Address concerns from customers regarding services
* Ensure productivity by meeting deadlines as provided by the Manager and Client
* Maintain a database of information with confidentiality
Selected candidates will earn a package of 25,000 inclusive of 21,000 basic salary, 10% Night Differential, and Perfect Attendance Bonus. Other benefits include HMP with Dependents, and 18- PTO Credits convertible to cash
