**Job Summary**:
Provide customer support to M88 members, both inbound.
**Roles And Responsibilities**:
**Outbound Roles**:
- Make proactive outbound calls to newly registered members and welcome them to M88.
- Offer online and offline promotion to convince them to make their first deposit.
- Guide newly registered member to make deposit and how to navigate our website
- Conduct survey on products and services
- Make proactive outbound call to engage and reactivate sleeping members
- Offer special offline promotions and campaigns to convince member to play again in our website
- Guide member for new products and services
**Customer Service Roles**:
- Handle complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits, and follow up to ensure resolution
- Guide customer on how to play games in M88 website and use the cashier page.
- Identify and assess customers' needs to achieve satisfaction.
- Build sustainable relationships of trust through open and interactive communications.
- Work closely with Team Leader and Manager to ensure excellent customer service is being delivered.
- Go the extra mile to engage customers.
**Required Qualifications**:
- College graduate
- High patience rate
- Critical thinker
- Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters
- Excellent communications and presentation skills
- Ability to multitask, prioritize and manage time effectively
- Positive attitude
- Excellent calling skills
