Job Description:
Ensure customer service strategy across the business Ensure that all customer enquiries are satisfactory managed, resolved, and closed within agreed timescales Evaluate and identify opportunities to improve customer service experience and create engaged customers Keep accurate records and document customer service actions Compiling and generating customer service report to management Mentoring and develop customer service agents Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor degree from any major Min. experience 3 years in the same field (preferably from Logistic & Express industry) Strong knowledge of customer service management, including systems and tools Outstanding analytical, problem-solving, and organization abilities Exceptional verbal and written communication skill
