Job Description:
The Customer Service Manager acts as the point of contact by providing products / services / information in resolving emerging concerns the customers may face.


Ensure customer satisfaction rating is within agreed metrics Ensure that complaint resolution is within the turn-around time for product and service complaints respectively by coordinating with parties involved Conduct store visit in order to assess the competencies of store personnel in providing quality customer service Analyze and provide recommendation in improving current systems and procedures in order to enhance the shopping experience of customers Develop training material and program with regards to customer service and personality enhancement that will improve the competency of our store personnel in providing excellent customer service analyze common complaints received by the Head Office / Stores and formulate action plan to improve the problems that triggers poor quality service Minimum Qualifications:
Strong analytical and planning skills; Good communication and presentation skills; Excellent problem-solving skills; At least 3 years work experience in Customer Service in Supervisory or Managerial post Willing to travel domestically as needed
