• Responsible for managing existing customer accounts and ensuring that Overall Satisfaction (OSAT) performance meets customer requirements.
This role involves building and maintaining strong relationships with customers to ensure they receive the highest level of service and support.
QUALIFICATIONS:
• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (any)
• With or without license
• Preferably with customer service experience
SALARY RANGE:
23,000 – 28,000
