Customer Service Associate

QUALIFICATION:

- Graduate of any bachelor degree
- Minimum of 6 months to 1 year of experience in customer service both local and international
- Communicate professionally to customers
- Amenable to work in Makati City

RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Answer the telephone call
- Proactively ensure that customers are aware of necessary paperwork and any special instructions
- Provide solutions and alternatives based on customer needs - Accurately and timely encoding of required data into Corepass - Timely updating and submission of reports
- Processing of Revalidation of passes

OTHER:
Consultancy based.
6 months of contract - Subject for extension

Monday - Friday (9 AM - 6 PM)

**Salary**: Php13,000.00 - Php15,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Fixed shift
- Monday to Friday

Supplemental Pay:

- 13th month salary
- Overtime pay

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Makati City: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Customer Service Representative: 1 year (preferred)
