As a Customer Service Associate, you are tasked to deliver high quality of service to the customers and clients of a multinational retail corporation. You are also expected to meet the following:
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Responsible for handling calls and providing customer support
• Assists customer's requests and/or concerns in a friendly, confident, and knowledgeable manner
• Ensures that all issues and requests of the customer are attended
• Acquire right amount of knowledge regarding the subject of concern of the customer

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
• Fluent comprehension and composition skills in Japanese language
• High level of written communication skills; must be able to read and write Hiragana, Katakana and Kanji
• Good English communication skills
• Good understanding of email/chat etiquette
