Details of the offer

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree of any course
• Fresh graduates who have strong customer service skills are highly encourage to apply OR has 6 months and above working experience in a BPO setting handling Healthcare related account (preferably)
• Has excellent English communication (verbal and written) skills - not just limited to zero/minimal grammar errors; can clearly convey the message to stakeholder
• Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills
• Should be assertive; has a strong sense of urgency; should be resourceful when it comes to problem solving
• Willing to work on mid-shift and possible shifting (3PM - 12MN)
• Willing to work in Ibayo, Paranaque City
• Willing to accept a Project Based Employment (subject for absorption depending on performance)
