**Responsibilities**:
- Responsible for customer's inquiry regarding the company's product and services.
- Handles and resolves service problems and other customer complaints.
- Responsible for the daily coordination of Authorized Service Centers (ASC) nationwide.
- Maintains and keep customer records accurately
**Requirements**:
- Proficient in speaking English.
Excellent in written and in verbal communication.
- Work experience.
At least with 1 year of working experience as Customer Service or equivalent.
- Applicants will be assigned to the Paranaque area.
- 1 Full-Time position is available.
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
