Responsibilities:
Deliver an exceptional experience to current and prospective customers through email, phone and chat.
Show an ability to diagnose, troubleshoot and resolve certain technical issues.
Grow existing customer accounts through exceptional customer service and effective sales techniques
Embody the Company Core Values in every interaction with customers, team members and suppliers
Assist customers with a variety of topics that may relate to pre-sale or post-sale activities such as product enquiry, price and availability quotation, order entry and processing for all types of orders as required.
Escalate enquiries and requests as necessary to the appropriate department or leader
Perform research to answer custom enquiries and requests
Utilise resources and systems to effectively address customer issues
Qualifications:
Have a minimum of (2) two years of relevant experience with customer interaction, technical support and sales preferably in a customer service atmosphere
Have above-average verbal and written communication skills
Have a keen eye for details
Ability to learn quickly and work with various requests and competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
Have a team-oriented working style with effective interpersonal skills that allow successful business interactions with individuals of a variety of work styles and personalities
Exposure to various software and web-based applications such as Google programs. Zendesk, etc.
Have a quiet work environment
Flexible to work on day schedule during weekdays and/or weekends.
