Job Level: Junior Associate (with experience) to Associate

Job Responsibilities:

- Company annual statements
- Preparation of financials and tax returns to be sent out to clients via Docusign
- And if time permits Dealing with ATO corro using ATOmate
- Other Admin related tasks within the business.
Job Qualifications:

- Experience in administration that involves calls as communication
- Massive attention to detail
- Ability to follow processes
- Efficiency
- Excellent written communication skills

Work Schedule:

- 7am to 4pm

Work Arrangement:

- Hybrid (work in D&V office is voluntary or only if the client or manager in charge requires)
