Customer Service Advisor

Job Description:
Attracts potential customers by answering product and service questions; suggesting information about other products and services. Opens customer accounts by recording account information. Maintains customer records by updating account information. Resolves product or service problems by clarifying the customer's complaint; determining the cause of the problem; selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem; expediting correction or adjustment; following up to ensure resolution. Live chat, e-mail, data entry Minimum Qualifications:
Must be fluent in English - both in speaking and writing At least 2 years experience for an English speaking account - Property management / real estate account a plus but not required At least one year of Live chat experience for an English speaking company At least one year of email correspondence experience for an English speaking company
