Details of the offer

GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES:Check and process all sales orders according to guidelines into the ERP system (Pronto)
Validate instructions, freight requests, pricing and deals as required
Advise customers and receive confirmation for any changes to PO pricing
Advise all backorders to customers
Use the Freight Exception Report to check and email customers to let them know where the goods are and the ETA for delivery
Contact various carriers to lodge missing freight queries
Use the ticketing system (Zendesk) to answer all customers and Sales team queries, including: oOrder administration and tracking, including cancellation, release and allocation oETA requests oSOH requests
Close all tickets with full resolution
Ensure all internal follow-up is logged in Zendesk
Perform ad-hoc tasks as required
POSITION REQUIREMENTS: Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s/College Degree At least 3 years of work experience in the related field is required Proficiency in using Microsoft Office applications and ticketing system Advanced troubleshooting and multi-tasking skills Contribute to a harmonious working environment and build good working relationships while adhering to policies and procedures High level of accuracy and attention to detail
