Job Descriptions:Resolve customer inquiries and complaints via phone, sms, email, mail or social mediaGreet customers warmly and ascertain problem or reason for callingAssist with placement of orders, refunds, or exchangesResolve product or service problems by clarifying the customer's complaint; determining the cause of the problem; selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem; expediting correction or adjustment; following up to ensure resolution.Coordinate with dispatch team for redeliveries and concerns in deliveryInform customers for changes in delivery, adjustments and replacementsSupport the company's operationsOther tasks that may be required which would deem necessary in the fulfillment of the above duties.Requirements:Completed degree from a top notch university (local or international)Excellent analytical and communication skills and a hands-on mentalityExcitement for tackling complex business situationsVery good English language skills and proficiency in MS OfficeTyping skills 35 to 42 WPMJob Type: Full-timeSalary: Php14,000.00 to Php15,000.00 /monthExperience:customer service: 2 years (Preferred)Language:English (Preferred)
