The BIGGEST distributor of **FOTON VEHICLES** is in need of Customer Relations Officer.
**PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES**:
- Creates and regularly updates database for all customer concerns received and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Contributes to CSD profitability to achieve sales targets through various service marketing activities.
- Contributes to improve customer retention.
- Improve customer service experience by providing customer feedback/comments received from CSI calls.
Create engaged customers and facilitate organic growth.
- Generates monthly customer complaint monitoring report.
**MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES**:
1.
Assist in Customer - Business Communications.
2.
Coordinates with dealer Customer Relation Officer / Service Manager and Chery Aftersales Zones Manager.
3.
Monitor Customer Care Strategies.
4.
Collaborate to Ensure Customer Satisfaction.
5.
Support dealer Operation to achieve units received and parts sales through various programs.
**EDUCATION**:
Graduate of a 4 year course preferably with marketing, communication and hospitality background.
**EXPERIENCE**:
- Minimum of 2 years experience in customer relations in the service industry.
- Has excellent time management skills.
- Has experience working in a diverse organization.
- Experience in handling complaints and inquiries.
**KNOWLEDGE**:
- **Knowledge of market research, communication methods, analysis
- Proficient in the use of word, excel, power point.
