To be the person responsible in providing total ABO/customer experience through education about MAP components and facilities, general inquiries, basic product demonstration and, training and meeting room reservation.
To be the person-in-charge in the absence of Shop Supervisor.
JOB SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES
Job Roles and Responsibilities:
-ABO and Customer Support
-Responsible as the main contact person in educating the ABOs, customers, and prospects regarding My Amway Place.
-Amway Global and Local history
-MAP Facilities
-Basic product information (if necessary)
-Provides answers to general ABOs/customer inquiries about Amway and its products.
-Provides assistance in training and meeting room reservation. Works closely with Information Desk staff.
-Provides assistance in all-related application queries including encoding in to the system. This includes online application and product inquiry.
-Operational Excellence
-Helps the Shop Supervisor in ensuring effective spending of Operational Expenses (OPEX).
-Consolidate and provides ABOs/customer feedback and analysis to the Shop Supervisor especially on opportunities for the improvement of the MAP.
-Person-in-Charge in the absence of Shop Supervisor
-Act as person-in-charge in the absence of Shop Supervisor mainly on day-to-day operation e.g. collects and reconciles cash sales on daily basis, ensures products replenishment on a regular basis, ensures government compliance for continuity of business operations, etc.
-Human Relations
-Works collaboratively with MAP colleagues.
-Performs other duties as may be assigned by the Shop Supervisor and/or HOD.

-Minimum one (1) year of experience in retail operations and customer service

-Has the power to suggest / recommend to the HOD
-Can work under pressure and minimal supervision
-Can work in extended hours, holidays, and/or weekends
