**Responsibilities**:
- Monitor and manage day to day customer engagements in social media and orders made on e-commerce platforms
- Ensure that all transactions are processed accurately and within the SLA
- Proactively investigate and resolve customers' issues and queries for both e-commerce and social engagements
- Ensure that all customer comments or messages are responded to within the SLA and following standard communication protocols
