Manages the customer master data for the Australian Business Unit.

Responsibilities for this position may include but are not limited to:
Manage/ Coordinate Customer Master Requests (CMR) Form - CREATE/CHANGE
Validate legitimacy, accuracy & completeness of initial Business Consultant request form business scenario, BC fields completed and supporting documents (e.g., DSM approval, financials, etc.).
Coordinate Form Completion - Workflow for Retail and C&I to be coordinated through existing SharePoint site, determining the appropriate Data Stewards required to fully complete the request business scenario.
Review Completed CMR Form - to further validate the form request correctness and completeness prior to entering to customer master SAP Portal - DIFET.
Post SAP-Entry Review - for critical field's related requests, ensure a 'post-SAP review check' is undertaken after entry/loading by Data Integrity team into SAP.
Request Completion Notification - notify the BU Initiator & Data Stewards the request has been successfully committed to SAP and provide creation numbers (e.g., Sold-To, Ship-To, etc.).
Ensure Appropriate TOCA Approvals have been obtained as defined by the necessary CMR request scenario
Contact Point for CMR Maintenance Change & Continuous Improvements
Collaborate with the Business, ST&CI VCO COE, Gatekeepers, Data Stewards, and IT to (1) Identify new scenarios; (2) Incorporate business rules validations to error-proof the CMR form; (3) Update field drop-down selection lists.
Manage International Gatekeeper
- CCN and Data Steward (e.g., Business Consultant, ISC, Pricing, Credits) distribution lists.
Identify and update required Help Tabs (CMRF Guide, Links, Field help and GK Reminders).
Identify and coordinate workflow improvement opportunities and work with the Data Quality Analyst to implement the improvements.
SAP Account Creation and Maintenance
Account Creation:
1.
Creation of new Sold-to, Ship-to and Business Location (BL) for Explant, J1 and J2
2.
Creation of Treasury Payer Account
3.
Extending of Sold-to account to another division
4.
Creation of separate Bill-to and Payer accounts
5.
Creation of Stand-Alone Payer Accounts
Changes/Account Maintenance:
1.
Blocking and unblocking of accounts
2.
Update in payment method, tax class and county, bank details, DRC, currency, sales office & sales group, currency, industry segment and sub-segment, contact information and contact functions, transportation zone and mode of transport, plant data and default plant and other SAP fields
3.
Account set-up for Direct Debit Enrollment
4.
Set-up of account statements
Plant Maintenance
1.
Creation of functional location and equipment for business locations
2.
Generate SAP PC8 Cost Center Change report
3.
Raise IT ticket to run script to populate equipment without plant section
4.
Provide BI report summary to PM counterparts
Due Diligence
Conducts Easement Screening to customers under the low and medium-low risk category to identify whether the customer is a sanctioned party, and establish issues or risks associated with the customer.
Endorses all Sanctioned Party Screening (SPS) hits to the local compliance team for review and clearance.
Data Analytics and Stewardship
1.
Field Data Review: Assist in the review of reports (min.
bi-monthly) and of critical fields for new Customer Master Records and Quick-Change Requests.
2.
Account Structure Review: Assist in review of reports for correctness of account structure of new Customer Master Records.
3.
Active and Inactive Customer Account Review: assist in review of inactive records based on set criteria.
4.
Work with the Business and Data Stewards to block inactive records: coordinate between Data Quality (DQ) Analyst and/or Data Stewards to ensure correctness of data.
Incident Investigation
Participate with Data Quality Analyst (as the lead) on Order to Cash - Customer Master Data-related error (loss/near loss) investigations.
Work closely with Data Quality Analyst & Data Stewards (if required) to determine nature/type of errors and RCA and ensure long-term sustaining solutions are identified and implemented.
Conduct training and knowledge sharing sessions CSC team members, stakeholders, and other BUs.
Acts as back-up processor for PH and TH Gatekeepers during BCP.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in any business-related course- Excellent command of English language for both oral and written communication- Attention to details- With analytical and problem-solving skills- Can multi-task and can work independently
