**What will you be doing?
**
You are responsible for delivering best-in-class customer service within your territory and across all segments of the services Plan B has to offer.
Therefore:
allocated appropriately for successful delivery.
- You are responsible for the allocation of the appropriate internal resources to successfully complete provisioning for customers to ensure an even balanced workload for internal resources, working closely with the relevant stakeholders to ensure resource peaks and troughs are smoothed out.
You own negotiating project timelines in conjunction with the customer, internal teams and vendors to a suitable outcome and enable revenue to be turned on with expedience.
- You "look around the corner" foreseeing challenges and issues that may occur during the delivery process and proactively mitigate these in conjunction with the customer and the relevant delivery teams.
- Manage the operational vendor relationships related to the provisioning of services.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with all customers within the territory for whom you are delivering services.
- Regularly contacts customers to ensure the satisfaction of delivery and seeks feedback.
**Essential**:
- A strong financial or analytical education base with associated certification and/or diploma.
- 2+years in a sales support/administration role.
- Advanced Excel and analytical proficiency with a proven record of spreadsheet analytics and board-level analysis of data.
- B2B sales support experience.
**Preferred**:
- A university degree with technical and/or finance weighting.
- 3+years in sales support/administration role in the technology sector.
- Advanced Excel and analytical proficiency with a proven record of spreadsheet analytics and board-level analysis of data.
- Technology sales support experience.
- Continuous Improvement: Partnerships with sales and operational leadership to underpin a right first time (RFT) and on time in full (OTIF) mindset with a relentless drive to improve our existing processes and administrative capabilities.
