Customer Experience Sspecialist

Handling all inbound calls pertaining to customer general enquiries, complaints, comments, feedbacks and other raising issue related to the company's products
- Exceeding customer expectation in terms of customer service & accurate information.
- Addressing queries, complaints, and recommendations furnished by customers.
- Deferring to management in instances of uncertainty.
- Proficient in speaking English
- Have a minimum of 2 years experience in Customer Service in a BPO setting
- Have a Bachelors Degree in preferably Nursing, Psychology, Mass Communications or Education
- Be native Filipinos

Pay: Php20,000.00 - Php26,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Pasay: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
