Completed at least 2 years in college
- **With at least 1-year BPO QA experience**:
- Experience in providing feedback to agents on areas of improvement
- Previous quality/transaction monitoring handling Sales, Service and/or Technical Support portfolios.
(Sales experience is an advantage)
- Must be amenable to work on shifting or graveyard shift and during holidays and weekends if needed
- Amenable to work on-site - Taguig
- Can start ASAP
**Salary**: Up to Php31,000.00 per month
