Customer Engineer(Clark Pampanga)

Provides Technical Support to external customers to ensure stable operation of customer purchased product. This includes installing, configuring, maintaining, supporting, and communicating links at the site level which might also require end-user training.

Performs hands on site trouble shooting service and repairs
Identifies and analyzes and repairs product failures, order replacement parts as required.
Provides on site installation and technical product training and basic user functionality training to customer base when required
Performs routine maintenance on equipment and assist in establishing preventive maintenance schedules with customer
Timely and professionally handle field service calls and issues arising from the customers
Timely completion and submission of all required paperwork such as Service Report, Technical Report Problem Analysis
Ensures customer satisfaction is maintained.
Interfaces with cross functional work team such as filed applications, customer support.services, product management, marketing sales to continually evaluate and improve the product support solutions channel and strategy
Supports the Management in the continuous improvement of the system,process and end user perspecctives
Remains flexible in filling other project roles as required
Bachelors Degree or equivalent technical qualifications or electrical/mechanical engineering or physical science.
Experience in maintenance of electronics and semi conductor equipment
Working knowledge in MS Office Applications
