Location: RB Health PhilippinesJob Summary:
The Customer Development Executive’s overall objective is to develop the account and implement the strategy per customer in alignment with Reckitt Benckiser’s strategic objectives (Net Revenue, Trade Spend Management, Trading Terms Agreement (TTA) with Customers, Annual Customer Plan and 4Ps), and to manage the customer relationship on an ongoing basis (Customer Business Development Model).
The Customer Development Executive is the point of contact for customers, ensure budgets are updated and tracked and report on sales performance. Suggest way to improve sales while maintaining a good relationship with the customer.
Requirements:Educational Attainment
Graduate of any 4-year course
Professional Background
Minimum of 2 years experience in the same or similar function, in a comparable company – preferably with complementary experience in Sales Operations and Marketing.
Successful account management experience, preferably gained in FMCG environment
History of identifying incremental revenue stream opportunities
Proven track record of budget delivery and growth momentum
Demonstrate basic financial and commercial acumen
