JOB DESCRIPTION:
Communicates with customer on the phone or via written correspondence to provide information and assistance on product use, hardware / software problems or processes inquiries
Resolves customer issues on the first call / contact whenever possible, without having to transfer caller
Completes, processes and maintains applicable paperwork and records
Follows escalation procedures as necessary
REQUIREMENTS:
Must at least be 18 years of age
Must have completed at least 2 years in college
Must have at least 3 months experience in call center (international account)
Must be able to communicate effectively over the phone
Must be able to communicate effectively in English
Must be willing to work in Pasig City
