Provide customer service support via phone (outbound) and email related to insurance claims.
• Be actively involved in the onboarding process of auto claims and coordinate with all parties involved.
• Work hand-in-hand with internal team, insurers and other parties via email or phone (outbound).
• Ensure all interactions made with clients, insurers and other affiliates are logged into the system.
SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS
• Must have 2 – 3 years experience in customer service handling a US account.
• Must have undergone at least 2nd year of college level.
