Customer Care Representative

**MyHealth Clinic Cebu**, is looking for a **Customer Care Representative** with the following details:
**JOB DESCRIPTION**:

- Responsible for receiving patients and ensuring the delivery of quality customer/patient services in accordance with MyHealth policies and standards.
- Establishes rapport with every patient upon entry to the clinic.
- Classifies patients whether walk-ins, insurance or HMO.
- Registers, cues and endorses patients to nurse stations and other servicing units.
- Identifies patient's concerns on medical complaints.
- Coordinates with various departments, HMO and insurance providers to resolve general queries, concerns, and complaints.
- Escalates major client concerns and requests for Clinic Manager's approval.
- Submits the following required reports on a daily basis as per the agreed turnaround time
- Recommends and requests materials and other supplies for the department.
- Supports Operations Officer by recommending improvements to address customer service-related issues and concerns.
- Logs all feedback and complaints from patients who opt to verbally express their comments/suggestions.
- Participate in capacity-building activities on safety and health and other OSH-related topics and programs
- Proper use of all safeguards and safety devices furnished for workers' protection and that of others
- Comply with Instructions to prevent accidents or imminent danger situations in the workplace
- Observe prescribed steps to be taken in cases of an emergency including participation in the conduct of national or local disaster drill
- Report to their immediate supervisor or any other responsible safety and health personnel any work hazard that may be discovered in the workplace
- Accomplishes departmental goals by performing other duties that may be assigned from time to time

**QUALIFICATIONS**:

- Graduate of BS Nursing, or any other medical-related courses
- At least 6 months experience in the same capacity, preferably gained from the same industry is an advantage
- Nursing process and practice
- Knows how to use various medical instruments
- Knowledge of the database and clinic systems
- No licensure required

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift

Supplemental Pay:

- Overtime pay

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Malate, Manila: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Language**:

- English (preferred)
