Job Description:
Answer calls and respond to emails. Complete records of telephonic interactions, orders, and accounts. Handle customers' inquiries both telephonically and by email. Determine eligibility by comparing client information to requirements. Improve system performance by identifying problems and recommending changes. Determine requirements by working with customers. Minimum Qualifications:
Customer service experience in any industry is a plus but not required. Previous technical background is also a plus.
Fresh graduates are also welcome to apply. Average to advanced written and spoken English. Average to advanced knowledge in web navigation. Amenable to shifting schedules including NIGHT SHIFTS.
Day shift is also available.
