Details of the offer

He/she will be responsible in providing excellent customer service to the customers – attend to Customers’ calls and resolving inquiries, feedback, order processing, etc. to ensure customers have a satisfactory experience with Essilor.
ACTIVITIES:
Handles customers’ inquiries, issues and concerns, provides accurate information in a timely and responsive manner to build trust and confidence in Essilor’s services and products.
Anticipates customers’ needs and potential problems. Seeks out ways to increase client satisfaction.
Processes sales orders (via fax, phone, e-mail etc) promptly and accurately.
Manages stock adjustments or returned stock.

Works closely with sales, production and dispatch department to ensure prompt delivery of products to customers.

Education and Work Experience Requirement:
· 4-year course graduate
· Minimum 2-3 years of relevant working experience
Soft Skills
Good communication skills and enjoy interaction with customers
Customer service oriented and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment
Good follow-up skills
Pleasing personality
Computer-literate
