- The Customer Service Representative is responsible for tackling customer issues, complaints, and inquiries head on - all while keeping customer satisfaction at the forefront of their decision-making and communication._

**_Qualifications: _**
- Excellent communication skills (verbal, listening and comprehension, and writing)
- Must practice attention to detail
- Must be comfortable with the use of the English language
- Must have an outgoing, energetic attitude and people-oriented personality
- Must be efficient in gathering information
- Software knowledge is an advantage

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: From Php13,000.00 per month
