Basic Skills in SAP HR and knowledge of Human Resources functional aspects,
A Google Apps expert
Preferably 1-4 Yrs Experienced Employee specialized in Customer Service or equivalent.
Have used Jira, Confluence, and Zendesk as Helpdesk Support Tools
