Designs training programs, including classroom lectures, online courses, and self-study sessions, directed at employees, organization members, or those who use the organization's products or services.
Develops and updates course content and coordinates learning curriculum.
Conducts assessment and analysis to identify new development needs and recommends training methods accordingly.
Maintains in-depth and up-to-date knowledge of the related field. Familiar with a variety of the field's concepts, practices, and procedures.
Relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals.
Performs a variety of tasks. May lead and direct the work of other concerns or stakeholders

Background in Organizational development
Requires a bachelor's degree in area of specialty and at least 4 years of experience in the field or in a related area
At least 3 years’ background facilitating leadership materials
Experience with Articulate Storyline
A wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected.
Flexibility to work autonomously in a start up environment, where constant change abounds
Excellent presentation / facilitation skills, with experience in a training / facilitation role
Outstanding written and in-person English communication, interpersonal and client presentation abilities; Detail and process oriented
Ability to operate independently, with decision making skills in potentially high stress situations
Proactive and action oriented with proven ability to work with minimal supervision and direction
Strong leadership and coaching ability
Ability to put complex theories into simple and easy to apply terms
Ability to work in a 24 X 7 rotating shift environment - Night shifts will be required
