**QUALIFICATIONS**
- Willing to start immediately
- Have good English communication skills
- Have excellent customer service, problem-solving, multitasking and computer skills
- Must not have conflict of interest such as: Plans to study/enrolled or Plans to go abroad
- Must have 6 months BPO Experience

**RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Answering incoming calls from customers
- Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times
- Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support.
- Developing, organizing, and maintaining accurate files
- **Site Location**: Bridgetowne, Eulogio Rodriguez Jr. Ave., Quezon City_

**Salary**: Php18,000.00 - Php27,000.00 per month
