**Qualifications**:

- **High School Graduate**:

- **At least 1 yr solid International BPO voice experience**:

- **At least 35 MBPS internet**:

- **Residing within Metro Manila**
- Answers phone calls and provides important information/ assistance to Customers/Healthcare providers.
- Realizing the customers/providers' requirements as a result of effective listening and questioning skills
- Checks mail, fax and internet mail to provide customer/provider assistance.
- Communicates with customers/providers on the phone or using written correspondence to take care of concerns.
- Manages computer/online guidelines for the purpose of responding to customer/provider queries

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: Up to Php24,000.00 per month
