Job Description:
Maintain communication equipment by reporting problems. Manage and resolve customers' complaints. Seize opportunities to upsell products when they arise. Handle inbound and outbound customer service calls. Maintain customer/potential customer data bases. Process orders, forms, and applications. Minimum Qualifications:
Customer service experience in any industry is a plus but not required. Previous technical background is also a plus.
Fresh graduates are also welcome to apply. Average to advanced written and spoken English. Average to advanced knowledge in web navigation. Amenable to shifting schedules including NIGHT SHIFTS.
Day shift is also available.
