Csr Japanese

Requirements:
College graduate is a plus
With atleast 6 months of BPO Experience, preferred but not required
Experience in handling complaints and resolution
Excellent English and Japanese communication skills
Japanese (speaking, reading and writing- Hiragana,Katakana,Kanji)
Amenable to work on shifting scheduled
Prefers LOCALS (as much as possible no foreign nationals)
