Location: Hybrid (3 days RTO)
Schedule: Permanent Nightshift
Schedule: 19,000 - 25,000 PHP

Qualifications: For Fresh Graduates: - Bachelor's degree in any field- Strong interpersonal and communication skills- Quick learner with the ability to adapt to new environments For Undergraduates: - 1-2 years of customer service experience, preferably in handling inbound calls- Experience in the insurance industry is a plus- Excellent verbal and written communication skills- Strong problem-solving abilities with a customer-centric mindset
