Csr-Healthcare Account | Earn Up To 35K

Responsible for the end-to-end process of collecting records and associated documents for individual cases.
Primary point of contact between the company and US-based medical facilities.
Outbound calls will be made to medical facilities that will assist in retrieval of individual medical records.

Qualifications:
Candidate must possess at least a High School Diploma, Vocational Diploma / Short Course Certificate, Bachelor's/College Degree, any field.
Background in Healthcare education, Records retrieval or BPO background is highly preferred
Preferably 1-4 Yrs Experienced Employees specializing in Customer Service or equivalent.
Proficient in using any Microsoft Office applications and working knowledge of search engines and internet search.
Able to prioritize multiple duties and can multi-task with excellent problem-solving skills
Team player and ability to work with a fast-paced and flexible environment.
Records Retrieval/Collection or Outbound account experience preferred but not necessary.
We need detail-oriented and self- organized people with ability to finish tasks and follow-up both long-standing requirements and recent requests.
Candidates must be willing to work in Makati City.
Amenable to work in night shift, fixed schedule Mondays to Fridays (Weekends off)
Healthcare/Medical related experience is an advantage.
