Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Call Center Agent at STACKph in SM Clark.
The Call Center Agent will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, resolving issues, providing customer support, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction on a daily basis.
Qualifications

Open For NEWBIES
Customer Service Representatives and Customer Support skills
Interpersonal Skills and Customer Satisfaction abilities
Computer Literacy proficiency
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
Previous experience in a call center or customer service role is a plus
Fluency in multiple languages is advantageous
