**Qualifications**:

- At least**_18 months of call center experience_**:

- _**Completed at least**_ **_1st year on college (1st and 2nd sem)_**:

- Should be _amenable to work onsite ( BGC, Taguig)_
- _Okay to work on a **Fixed Graveyard Shift.

- Resolving customer inquiries/requests
- Developing and maintaining accurate files
- Ensuring customer requests are handled in an appropriate and timely manner
- Providing cutting-edge service in a friendly, confident, and knowledgeable manner.
